Maintien des jeunes filles dans le système scolaire: Une randonnée pédestre comme viatique
Si le Sénégal peut se féliciter des efforts entrepris dans le domaine de la scolarisation des filles, tel n’est pas le cas pour le maintien de ces dernières dans le système scolaire.
Plusieurs efforts sont pourtant consentis par le Sénégal, mais le constat reste désolant : Entre les classes de Cm2 et de 3e au collège, beaucoup de jeunes filles abandonnent leurs études. Eduquer une fille, c’est poser des bases solides pour son développement, et garantir ainsi un avenir durable à son entourage. Ce dernier point est une transition toute trouvée pour augmenter les chances de réduire la fistule vésico-obstétricale souvent liée au mariage précoce.
